Enjoy Cupcakes: The Movie

A couple of weeks ago, we took a long overdue trip to Enjoy Cupcakes, since we hadn't been in a few months. I still had the camera we borrowed for my Blogcademy scholarship video, so I wanted to make the most of my time with it and decided to take some footage around the Saarloos + Sons tasting house. I keep saying this, but I love making videos!

Chocolate Blackberry Syrah, Blueberry Lavender Lime Chardonnay, Salted Sugar Daddy, Milk Chocolate Coconut Curry, Sugar Donut, and Honey Chocolate Mousse. I couldn't really pick a favorite, they were all so good! Well, if I had to, maybe Sugar Donut. Not a bad one in the bunch, though I can say for sure that I've never had a single cupcake from Enjoy that I didn't like. That Amber sure knows what she's doing.

There is actually a feature on A Beautiful Mess right now about Amber's work space (I almost posted this yesterday, what a coincidence that would've been!), featuring photography by the ever so talented and sweet Jennifer Young, so be sure to take a look here.

  3. Your videos are just so beautiful! I've been wanting a dslr that can take videos for so long and this is seriously making me want to sprint to the shop right now.

Did you find it easy to get used to working with a video dslr?

    1. Thank you! That's the last video I have, since I had to give it back. :( I want one so badly too, and the one I used for this is actually one of the most basic ones so I can't imagine what a more high end model would be like. I only had it for about a week and I got pretty comfortable with it fairly quickly, but I didn't mess around a lot with settings or anything so I'm sure spending more time with it would make the videos turn out so much better.

    1. Thanks Meredith! I hope I can borrow it again soon too, I'm not sure if I want to keep pressing my luck though.
I jokingly told Kevin (the guy in the video) he ruined the shot but he said it was the best part, haha.

  5. Love the video! It makes me happy to watch, wish I could be amongst the people mingling :-) I love when Kevin makes an excited face at his precious boy bouncing in Amber's lap. They are one of my favorite families :-)
